TESTIMONIAL FOR MARK LAWRENCE - PACIFICLINK PROPERTY
Mark Lawrence was the painter for our new house at No 8 Photo street, Remuera. This testimonial is to acknowledge our satisfaction with his work.
The house was designed by ourselves (Ingrid E Delamore B Arch). It has a floor area of 450 m2 and is of a complex design: 3 storeys at the front and single storey at the back, following the contours of the site. The painted surfaces include a plaster exterior with cedar trim and pergolas, and a gib board interior with skirting boards, architraves and doors.
Mark Lawrence and his team of painters carried out all of the painting for the house. All work was carried out to a reasonable standard with a good understanding of the technical basis for quality painting. Any problems were fixed to our satisfaction.
We have found Mark Lawrence to be honest, reliable and well organised.
