Last year I engaged Mark`s company to paint the interior and exterior of our new home in Parnell. This was a substantial job that required a high degree of quality workmanship and professionalism. I was referred to Pacificlink Properties by a friend who spoke highly of his painters.
The work covered included painting a substantial area of new wetherboards, exterior windows, interior walls, ceilings and interior joinery also including varnishing rimu skirting boards, internal doors etc. The windows and doors were all completed with a quality gloss finish.
Whilst the quote I received was expensive compared to some of the other quotes I obtained I believe I got a fair price for the workmanship I required. I found Mark and his team easy to work with, exacting in detail, punctual and thorough. There was also no `drama` with the few inevitable touchups on completion and working with other tradesman working on the home.
I would recommend Mark Lawrence and Pacificlink Property Services Ltd as quality residential painters.
